Syllovia is a learning and exam preparation product of Telyvora Technology LLP. Contact support@syllovia.com about your account or information.
Learning records and school access
We use account details, chosen subjects, lesson progress and assessment responses to provide the service. School application details, including the contact phone number, are used by the platform owner to review school access and prepare administrator invitations. Your school's administrators see their enrolled students; teachers see their assigned classes. Students see their own records. A school-approved parent can see limited learning summaries and released school results.
Your notebook is private
Private notebook text and drawings are available through your account and your exports. Teacher monitoring screens do not expose them.
Supervised school exams
New school exams require camera checks. Before starting, you receive a monitoring notice, give explicit consent and permit camera access, then capture your face, cleared desk and room. During the exam a camera photo is captured every minute, and tab changes and fullscreen exits are logged. Syllovia does not record microphone audio, live camera video or screen video. Photos and activity observations are visible to school staff for seven days and removed by daily cleanup. Alerts require human review, not automated findings of cheating. Contact your school before the exam if you need an alternative assessment.
External services
Embedded videos load when you select “Load video” and then connect to YouTube. Following a resource link opens its publisher's website. If you use the study assistant, your question and the relevant lesson text are sent to an AI provider. Avoid entering names, contact details or private information in assistant questions. Payment collection is not enabled.
Security and account control
Passwords are never stored in readable form, private pages are not publicly cached and access checks run on the server. Keep your password and school invitation link private. Contact support@syllovia.com to request an account export, correction or deletion.
Young learners
If you are under 18, involve a parent, guardian or your school in account creation and any supervised exam arrangements. Syllovia does not publish student profiles or use face recognition to make cheating decisions.
